Available	Hughes the Fuse, the mad scientist who lives at the basement of Orbis Tower, apparently has invented something incredible.
In Progress	Hughes the Fuse in the basement of Orbis Tower says he made a brilliant device that allows you to breath under water. He promises to make you one if you bring him some materials.
Completed	I went to the basement of the Orbis Tower where Hughes lives, gave Hughes all the materials needed, and got Oxygen Tank in return, to breathe underwater.
Procedure	Talk to Hughes the Fuse in Orbis Tower<Hughes's Laboratory>. You will be teleported to Crystal Gorge. Purchase 20 Air Bubbles from Oannes in General Store. Obtain 50 Snorkles from Scuba Pepe. Talk to Hughes the Fuse again.
