Completed	Erion upgraded the weapon to its second stage and smiled, delighted by his creation.
Procedure	Talk to Erion by clicking on the light-bulb. Obtain 3,000 Vestiges of Erion by completing Daily Quests in Grandis or by using Vestige of Erion Coupons dropped by certain bosses.
