Procedure	Click on the light-bulb above your head. You will be teleported to Desolate Black Market after viewing the cutscene. Eliminate 30 mobs in Desolate Black Market. The following mobs will count toward the quest: Hazard's Rotten Crony Hazard's Mean Crony Talk to Lab Tech at Desolate Black Market. You will be teleported to Back Alley.
