Completed	Fabio was looking for Firebomb in order to research how to provide extra heat to expedite the hair-perming process.
Procedure	Talk to Bavan in Edelstein. Select the following while talking to Bavan: He said that he's doing it to gain his freedom. Enter Edelstein Hair Salon at 6 PM UTC to go to Shady Hair Salon. Eliminate all 3 Fabio's Firebombs in Shady Hair Salon. Click on Fabio. Talk to Bavan again.
