In Progress	According to Bavan, a few town residents are plotting to fight against the Black Wings. The leader of the group is apparently Edelstein Hair Salon's Fabio! Bavan wants you to interrogate Fabio.
Completed	Fabio denied doing anything dangerous like that. But, he did admit doing something at 6pm in Edelstein Hair Salon.
Procedure	Talk to Bavan in Edelstein. Talk to Fabio in Edelstein Hair Salon. Select the following while talking to Fabio: I heard that you are involved with something suspicious. I heard that you make something every day at 6pm.
