Procedure
  1. Talk to Alcaster by clicking on the light-bulb.
  2. Complete the following quests:
    1. [El Nath] Alcaster and the Star Rock
    2. [El Nath] Recollection
    3. [El Nath] Alcaster's Talisman
  3. Talk to Alcaster again by clicking on the light-bulb.
