Completed	Sergeant Bravo clearly knows this ring. After you gave him the Hector Tails, Sergeant Bravo gave the ring back to you and promised to tell you everything he knows about the ring.
Procedure	Talk to Sergeant Bravo in Icy Cold Field. You will lose 1 Old Ring. Obtain 100 Hector Tails from Hector. Talk to Sergeant Bravo again.
