Go to North Forest Lot and Young Tree Forest near Ellinia in North Forest to collect Cell Samples of Cold Eye and Surgeon Eye monsters. Get 5 each.
Completed	You collected all the Cell Samples. Time to get the book from Betty.
Procedure	Talk to Betty in Ellinia. You will be teleported to North Forest Lot. Obtain 5 Cold Eye Cell Sample from Cold Eye. Obtain 5 Surgeon Eye Cell Sample from Surgeon Eye. Talk to Betty again.
