In Progress	To use Hawkeye's Shark Wave, you need a catalyst that will maximize the power of the Spirit of Lightning. Get it from Poison Poopa.
Completed	You've learned Hawkeye's Shark Wave skill. Until Lv. 90, use Earth-Cleaving Lightning every 5 Levels to raise the Skill Level by 1.
Procedure	Talk to Hawkeye in Ereve. Obtain 10 Earth-Cleaving Lightnings from Poison Poopa. Talk to Hawkeye again.
Rewards	Earth-Cleaving Lightning -10 Hawkeye's Shark Wave at Level 1
