Completed	You have mastered Hawkeye's Shark Wave.
Procedure	Talk to Hawkeye in Ereve. Obtain 10 Earth-Cleaving Lightnings from [*]Buffy or Peach Monkey. Talk to Hawkeye again.
Rewards	Earth-Cleaving Lightning -10 Hawkeye's Shark Wave at Level 5
