Procedure	Talk to Dark Lord by clicking on the light-bulb. Select one of the following while talking to Dark Lord: None of them. (if you haven't decided yet) Assassin (Night Lord) Bandit (Shadower) Talk to Dark Lord in Thieves' Hideout.
Rewards	Job Advancement from Rogue to Assassin (if you select Assassin (Night Lord)) Job Advancement from Rogue to Bandit (if you select Bandit (Shadower)) Junior Adventurer x 1
