Pre-requisites	To have [Heliseum] Securing the Center 3 completed Level 100 or above
Available	You finished scouting downtown. Report the situation to Edea in the Downtown Black Market.
In Progress	Edea asked you to scout the castle, as the city itself was meaningless to Magnus when he invaded Heliseum. He was after the Holy Relic Outrigger, left by the ancient gods of the Nova. Scout the Tyrant's Throne in the castle, to determine if Magnus is there, then return.
Completed	The Tyrant's Throne seems to still be sealed.
Procedure	Talk to Edea at Downtown Black Market. Press the Up arrow on the right portal at Heliseum Heights Entry. Talk to Edea by clicking on the light-bulb.
