In Progress	You see another type of Specter. Wipe out about 30 Power Specters.
Completed	Magnus took over Heliseum, but didn't bother with the city. He just filled it with the Specter forces. So...is Magnus inside the castle?
Procedure	Talk to Tiron at West Downtown Border. Eliminate 30 Power Specters. Talk to Tiron again. You will be teleported to Downtown Black Market.
