Available	Is the Blue Dragon Cannon restored? Talk to Edea at the Heliseum Reclamation HQ and find out.
In Progress	The Blue Dragon Cannon was restored. All that remains is to fire it. Operation Enter Heliseum Downtown will start once the enemies are scattered by the cannon.
Completed	The firing is complete. Enter Heliseum Downtown while the enemies are in chaos.
Procedure	Talk to Edea at Commander Barracks. Clear the 3-stage Twisted Forest battleground by eliminating all the Specter Battle Hounds, Specter Tamers, Specter Shieldbearers, Specter Miners, Guerrilla Specters, and Power Specters. Talk to Piston at Blue Speeyor's Pasture.
