In Progress	You need Fine Quality Oil for the Blue Dragon Cannon to operate properly. Get 10 Fine Quality Oils from Red Speeyor in Red Speeyor's Pasture.
Completed	You got the Fine Quality Oil and delivered it to Edea.
Procedure	Talk to Edea at Commander Barracks. You will be teleported to Red Speeyor's Pasture. Obtain 10 Pure Oils from Red Speeyor. Talk to Edea again.
