Procedure	Talk to Tonero at Secret Merchant Meet-Up. You will be teleported to Forest of Choices. Obtain 10 Specter Cores from Specter Battle Hound, Specter Shieldbearer, Specter Miner, Specter Tamer, or Guerrilla Specter. Talk to Tonero again.
