In Progress	Tonero sees a chance of reclaiming Heliseum, and said doing business with the Nova in support will be good when the Nova retake the capital. Deliver the amplifier from Tonero to Edea at the Heliseum Reclamation HQ. *If you fail, forfeit the quest and start over from the beginning.
Completed	Edea was hesitant to do business with the Shadowdealers, but said things may be different after the war now.
Procedure	Talk to Tonero at Secret Merchant Meet-Up. You will receive 1 Tonero's Crate and be teleported to Commander Barracks. Deliver 1 Tonero's Crate to Edea at Commander Barracks.
