Available	Dr. De Lang, the missing alchemist. What he wanted and the dark truth behind Magatia... All these previously hidden facts have been revealed. Now it's the matter of choice. If I am to choose Alcadno, I'll have to head to where Maed is.
In Progress	If you hand Dr. De Lang's Notes to Maed, then the truth about Magatia, as well as all things Dr. De Lang strived for would be hidden forever. If that really is what you want, then you have no choice but to hand in Dr. De Lang's Notes to Maed.
Completed	I gave Maed Dr. De Lang's Notes, and received a brand new Alcadno Cape. This has made me forfeit my right to condemn the Alcadnos. I am now one of them.
Procedure	Talk to Maed in Alcadno Society. Obtain 1 Dr. De Lang's Notes. Talk to Maed again.
