Since finding the Scroll of Prophecy, the Empress has been plagued by nightmares of the Alliance's destruction. Both the Empress and Neinheart have been gripped with anxiety, and the Empress feels weak. The Empress told Shinsoo about the Black Mage's prophecy and her nightmares. Shinsoo reminds her that the Empress' efforts are not in vain and she is the light of hope. Your conversation with Neinheart is interrupted by some monsters. After defeating them, you reach the Sky Ferry and travel to the Maple Alliance Outpost, the staging area for the mission to defeat the Black Mage, where you find Shubert, Melange and Ollie.
