Completed	Leonore said she joined the Black Wings to get away from loan sharks. Her job is to analyze Patrol Robot recordings. It didn't look like she was doing a great job though.
Procedure	Talk to Leonore in Edelstein. Obtain 1 Garish Ring from Patrol Robot. Talk to Leonore again.
