Leonore is a member of the Black Wings watchman in charge of inspecting Patrol Robot Chips. She cares greatly for her appearance. Elex has a crush on Leonore, while she thinks of him as a "dumb kindergarten teacher." She thinks Serpents are "cute loveable creatures" and when Elex cooks Serpent Tails for her, she is disgusted. Elex goes as far to get her a Shiny Diamond, and in the end, Leonore sends Elex a letter back to him. She doesn't like Wonny because "Just looking at his gloomy face makes me depressed," and doesn't like Bavan either because "He's so fat" and makes others do his work.
