In Progress	Talk to Chief Stan, who seemingly has lived in this town for a long time.
Completed	You arrived in an unfamiliar town after using the Interdimensional Portal. When you talked to the chief of the town, he told you that this place is a town in a place called Victoria Island. He also told you that there is someone from Ossyria, where you used to live, at the Bowman Instructional School.
Procedure	Click on the light-bulb above your head. Talk to Chief Stan in Henesys.
