“The chief of Henesys. He may look gruff, but he's a family man at heart. He makes sure Jay takes his eye medicine every day and he gathers ingredients for his wife, who loves to cook.
He's also a big fan of Horny Mushroom Pie. So great is his love for this pie that it's said he married Mrs. Ming Ming because of her mushroom dishes.
Things weren't always so idyllic for Chief Stan and his family. It grew so bad that his son ran away once, but things between them seem to have improved.
A word of advice: if Chief Stan ever asks you to deliver a letter, DO NOT SAY YES. You have been warned. No matter how much he begs, don't accept if you value your life. Do not accept it...!”

Chief Stan is the elder chief of Henesys. He watches over the town along with Athena Pierce. Stan has two sons, Jay and Alex. Jay is intelligent and obedient while Alex is a slacker and a troublemaker.

Eventually Alex runs away from his father and takes refuge in Kerning City. While Alex says he isn't returning to Henesys, he does miss Jay and Stan, and Stan begins to worry as to where he went off to. If the player takes part in Runaway Brother then Stan will ask the player to give Alex an old golden watch.

In the future Chief Stan dies sometime before or during the attack on Victoria Island and his ghost remains in a war torn Henesys.

His Friends World counterpart is the school dean. He is very strict and seems to only show respect to other teachers.
