“A yokai who introduces itself as "an oni who lives with humans and works a regular job." He certainly feels more human than yokai. His defining features include a white coat, dual pistols, a refined sense of fashion, and a fearsome red oni mask.
After returning to his homeland for the first time in a long while, he played a major role in subduing rampaging oni and recovering the Metal of the Five Elements. Sadly, his elder brother Gyuki absorbed the Metal in an attempt to grow stronger, lost control, and ultimately perished when the element was reclaimed.
Even so, he expressed gratitude for being able to exchange a few final words with his brother as siblings, and his decision to join Mushroom Shrine suggests that while he is an oni on the outside, he is deeply human at heart.”
