Description	Accelerates the flow of Erda enveloping the Sacred Symbol, making it unstable. Though the altered Sacred Symbol cannot be equipped, it can be transferred within the world.
Effects	Allows you to transfer a Sacred Symbol once within the same world, with the following notes/restrictions: You must not be playing in a Reboot World. You must not have any other Sacred Symbols of the same kind in the new character's possession. The Sacred Symbol must be Growth Level 2 or higher. To stabilize, your new character must have completed the quest to obtain the pertinent Sacred Symbol. For example, your new character must have completed [Hotel Arcus] 'Til We Meet Again in order to receive an Unstable Sacred Symbol: Arcus. Once the Sacred Catalyst is used, the Sacred Symbol will be turned into an Unstable Sacred Symbol. The Sacred Symbol's Growth Level will be reset to Level 1, and the total Growth EXP will be reduced by 40%. The Unstable Sacred Symbol can be transferred freely across your account until it is stabilized (normal). Once it is stabilized, you must pay the Meso fee to level it up again from Level 1. The main stat of the Sacred Symbol will change if necessary, based on the main stat of the new character.
