Transposition
Transposition, also known in-game as the Item Upgrade System, is a special feature in Commerci Republic which allows players to transpose bonus equipment stats from Level 140 - 150 Equipment into Level 160 Sweetwater Equipment. It destroys the original equipment if successful, and transfers Scroll Enhancements, Star Force Enhancements and the Potential rank (but not the Potential itself) across to the target Sweetwater item. When transferring, one Star Force upgrade slot is removed.

To transpose equipment, talk to Pietreno in San Commerci. Transposition costs 10 
Commerci Denaro for each attempt, and you will have up to 10 attempts a day. The original equipment is not destroyed until success. If using an 
Upgrade Anvil (obtained as a rare drop from a boss during a Commerci Trade Voyage), the success rate is increased. The success rates for each server are as follows:
- GlobalMS: 3% (normal); 50% (Upgrade Anvil)
- JapanMS: 3% (normal); 30% (Upgrade Anvil)
- ChinaMS and TaiwanMS: 30% (normal); 100% (Upgrade Anvil)
