Item Templates
Hello SlytherinDN, when adding templates please use the source editor, as the visual editor overcomplicates and squishes together templates. You can feel free to copy and paste a template from any other page as needed.

Hello and thank you! I did not know about the editors' differences and aimlessly created a page for buff details the game will not reveal before buying.

Profession Item Listing
Hello again SlytherinDN, I'm thinking that when we add lists of recipes to the various crafting material pages, we can do it in the following order:
1. Alchemy, descending order (Meister, Master Craftsman, level 10, 9, etc)
2. Accessory Crafting, descending order (Meister, Master Craftsman, level 10, 9, etc)
3. Smithing, descending order (Meister, Master Craftsman, level 10, 9, etc)
Let me know if that sounds good to you, or if you have any questions.

Hi!
I have no issues with the proposed order of items, except that it seems like an immense amount of work to manually add hundreds of recipes (Advanced Item Crystal for example).
Recently, I tried to edit a number of crafting items that I think are important in the current meta. They are incomplete and sorted roughly in descending order of importance. To me, it makes sense to look up what a crafting material is used for and expect important items, not necessarily the highest ranked items, at the top. This probably goes against what a comprehensive page is supposed to look like.
I'm heavily biased by playing in Heroic World and seeing what this update would do for materials that are not herbs and ores. After this patch, I'm not seeing much value in reaching Meister Accessory Crafting and Smithing in a server without trade given the effort required. Therefore, I ranked associated items' importance lower than they actually are in the overall game.

We definitely don't have to add them all any time soon, but just making the suggestion for the future as a way to keep things consistent for the ones that we do add / create. I think it makes sense to have Meister Alchemy as the first since it's the most valuable and relevant of the 3 professions, and have it in descending order. As for relevance, I'd argue that most of the relevant items are level 10 and above anyway, and it can be somewhat subjective, though Alchemy potions are definitely the top for most people. Accessory Crafting and Smithing are definitely more noteworthy in Non-Reboot / Interactive Worlds than in Reboot / Heroic Worlds due to trading and the ability to craft rebirth flames + cubes, but I do also think that Accessory Crafting is slightly more relevant in Heroic due to items like Dominator Pendants and Meister Rings.

Quest Pages
Hi SlytherinDN, let's wait for the v251 patch to finish before we update quest pages. --Izzy (talk) 03:40, 12 June 2024 (UTC)
- Understood, my mistake.

Job Advancement Sections
Hi SlytherinDN,
For the job advancement sections on class pages, we could probably move them above the story sections so that it's easier for people to access them.
Also just in case you didn't know, we have an official Discord server for the wiki: https://discord.gg/Un7S66nZ Feel free to join if you're interested!

- Hello!
- I'm not opposed to moving advancement above story, but I'm hesitant to do it myself. Due to general streamlining, Maple Guide, and Quest Log, very few players would get stuck enough to need to access the section (except maybe Lynn 3rd job). I think class infobox, introduction, summary, story, story during advancement, etc are far more important and what a visitor should see first compared to a bare-bones list of quests.
- Thank you for offering the Discord link.

- It seems that I ended up editing a section visible above the story sections anyway, in the form of Class Overview.
