Wings of Fate

Wings of Fate is a cape obtainable by completing the Mushroom Shrine Tales questline and talking to Tengu. When a set of 3 characters are selected in the bottom right of the Threads of Fate UI, equipping this cape will give bonus stats based on the characters chosen and your closeness to the characters. It is possible to reroll the additional stats for this equipment by throwing the cape away and retrieving a new cape from Tengu.
