Completed	You got the second weapon part. The final part should be near the pawn shop.
Procedure	Talk to Fighting Grounds Weapon Part at Stray Dog Alley 2. Eliminate 30 Mutant Specter Stray Dogs. Talk to Fighting Grounds Weapon Part again. You will be teleported to Brigand's Row.
