Completed	You got the first weapon part. The next part should be in Stray Dog Alley.
Procedure	Talk to Scrapyard Weapon Part at Shaded Dump Site. Eliminate 30 Dumpy Hoodlums. Talk to Scrapyard Weapon Part again. You will be teleported to Stray Dog Alley 2.
