Whatever the case, he needs at least 10 Hector Tails and White Fang Tails to meet his hunting goal. He also said more is always better. Collect Hector Tails and White Fang Tails, and deliver them to Scadur.
Completed	You have delivered Hector Tails and White Fang Tails to Scadur. Ask Scadur again what's really troubling him.
Procedure	Talk to Scadur in El Nath. You will be teleported to Ice Valley I. Obtain 100 Hector Tails from Hector. Obtain 100 White Fang Tails from White Fang. Talk to Scadur again.
