Available	Go see Chief Knight Hawkeye in Ereve and raise the Skill Level of Hawkeye's Shark Wave.
In Progress	To use Hawkeye's Shark Wave, you need a catalyst that will maximize the power of the Spirit of Lightning. Get it from Grizzly or Reinforced Iron Mutae.
Completed	You've raised the Skill Level of Hawkeye's Shark Wave by 1. Until Lv. 90, use Earth-Cleaving Lightning every 5 Levels to raise the Skill Level by 1.
Procedure	Talk to Hawkeye in Ereve. Obtain 10 Earth-Cleaving Lightnings from Reinforced Iron Mutae or Grizzly. Talk to Hawkeye again.
Rewards	Earth-Cleaving Lightning -10 Hawkeye's Shark Wave at Level 3
