Pio is a mechanic living in Amherst. Most of his inventions are made from scrap metal and minuscule materials. Prior to the RED Update, he gave a quest that rewarded the Chair The Relaxer for Explorers. After the RED Update, players could receive it upon completing a quest from Mai. As of the Destiny Update, this quest was removed, and The Relaxer can no longer be obtained in-game.
