Princess No is the wife of Oda Nobunaga and the antagonist of the Hieizan questline.
Story
Ayame
Princess No was the wife of Oda Nobunaga. At one point, she took in a girl named Ayame and raised her as her own. Ayame eventually left Princess No and began to serve Matsuyama Nobukane, the head of the Matsuyama clan. Because of her close ties to Princess No, Ayame was frequently sent on missions to spy on her.
During one such mission, Ayame was given a holy artifact of the Matsuyama clan by Nobukane, a mirror which could reveal the way to overcome any hardship. Ayame returned to Princess No under the cover story that she had gone to the Matsuyama house in order to steal the mirror. Though No welcomed Ayame back, she nevertheless kept her at a distance and sent her further and further away on missions.
Battle of Honnou-ji
Eventually, Oda Nobunaga sought to open a link to the Demon Realm and become the Demon King of the Sixth Heaven. On his orders, Akechi Mitsuhide wiped out the Matsuyama clan and kidnapped Princess Sakuno for the ritual. Upon learning that Sakuno was to be a sacrifice, not a hostage, Mitsuhide spoke out against Oda's plan during a meeting. Later on, No chastised him for speaking out against her husband, adding that Oda's ambitions were great enough that no one, including him, could stop it.
No then ordered Ayame on one final mission in Echigo, promising that she would trust Ayame completely afterwards. On Oda's orders, No moved to Honnou-ji Temple in order to conduct the Demon King Ritual. However, the Sengoku Alliance moved against Oda and marched on Honnou-ji. The legendary samurai Hayato ran into No and asked her to step aside, claiming that he had no quarrel with her. However, No chastised Hayato for speaking so familiarly with her and introduced herself as Kichou, daughter of Saitou Dousan and the lawful wife of the Demon King.
As No raised her gun to attack, a perfect shot from a hidden Ayame, who had realized what Oda had been planning, disarmed her. As No was taken aback at the impossible shot, she immediately realized the identity of the mysterious shooter. Hayato also recognized that the shot had to have come from Ayame and thought to himself that he owed her his life. No then begged Hayato not to enter the temple, to no avail. The Sengoku Warriors managed to disrupt the ritual, causing everyone to be transported to Maple World.
Hieizan Temple
In order to help Oda become the Demon King, Princess No began preparations for a new Demon King Ritual in Hieizan Temple, which she enchanted to make it so that no one from Maple World could enter. She and her followers, Mikagami, Oura Shogun, Miroku, and Renka, began stealing the souls of the Sengoku Warriors in order to power the ritual. In order to stop her, a traveler sent by the Sengoku Warriors used a potion to transform into Ayame, allowing them to enter Hieizan Temple and face Princess No. Though No successfully opened the link to the Demon Realm, the Demon King of the Sixth Heaven claimed that he would not accept such a weak body as No's, though he rewarded her for summoning him by strengthening her with his dark power. The traveler then defeated Princess No and recovered the Matsuyama clan's mirror for Ayame.

Trivia
- Princess No is named after Lady Nō / Nōhime, a real-life historical figure during Japan's Sengoku period and wife of Oda Nobunaga.
- Her proper name was Kichou, but as she came from the Mino Province, also known as Noshu (or No for short), she was more commonly referred to as Nōhime. 'Hime' means princess or lady, making her known as the Lady of Noshu, or Princess No.
- In real life, Princess No was renowned for her beauty and cleverness, though few records exist about her, making most of what is known about her come from legend and speculation.
- Many such stories postulate that she was a spy for her father, who wanted her to kill Oda, since she was skilled with a sword and several martial arts.
- Princess No was said to have died in the fires of Honnou-ji while clashing blades against Akechi Mitsuhide's soldiers, as he was the one responsible for inciting the battle in real life. However, rumors exist that she survived the battle and lived for some number of years afterwards.
- While she is fiercely devoted to her husband in the game, her real life counterpart had a loveless marriage with Oda.
