CBD (Central Business District) is an area in Singapore based on the Central Area in Singapore, which is also nicknamed "CBD". Various Singaporean landmarks can be found here, such as Raffles's Landing Site (complete with a statue of Sir Stamford Raffles), the Esplanade (also known as The Durian), CBD Bank (based on the Maybank Tower in Singapore), and UOB Plaza. Nearby is Ulu City, a city that has become deserted over time; as a result, the ground is covered in overgrown tree roots and the buildings have deteriorated.

This region can be accessed via the Maple Guide. Both CBD and Ulu City can be accessed via the Danger Zone Taxi in Boat Quay Town, Trend Zone Metropolis, and Kampung Village for 30,000 Mesos. It is divided into three sections: Central Way, Suburban Area, and Ulu City, the latter of which serves as its own area. Boat Quay Town is accessible from a portal on the top right of Suburban Area 1. The final boss for Ulu City is Krexel, a colossal tree that sits atop a giant tower.

Completing Sureen's quest [Singapore] Passion of Singapore, which requires completing the main CBD quests in the area, will reward the Medal  Passion of Singapore. Completing Commando Jim's quest [Ulu City] Hero of Ulu City will reward the Medal  Hero of Ulu City.

• The term "Ulu" is derived from Ulu, a colloquial Malay word for remote or deserted.
• With its 2013 GlobalMS revamp, the Ulu City questline rewarded the Shoulder  Krexel Pauldron.
  • With its removal in 2018, the Krexel Pauldron can no longer be obtained.
