Mirror World is a Manipulated World that exists alongside Maple World within the same dimension. As the limitation of the Transcendent of Time is that they cannot change the future which they have foreseen, the Goddess Rhinne realized that she could not stop the Black Mage from stealing her power. For this reason, she created the Child of the Goddess so that they would succeed her as the new Transcendent of Time in the distant future, thereby ensuring that the Transcendent of Time's power would not remain in the Black Mage's hands. To this end, Rhinne created a world infused with the power of time, intending to mask her child's aura from the Black Mage. However, a scholar named Will who recently became a Commander of the Black Mage, used Rhinne's power to locate the Child of the Goddess and remake her world into an imperfect replica of Maple World called Mirror World, after which he split the Child of the Goddess into two beings, imprisoning one in their own temple and brainwashing the other to serve in his Shadow Knights. Zero characters start here upon creation, with their questline from Level 100 - 180 centered around escaping Mirror World. Throughout the storyline, both Zero Alpha and Beta form close ties with the residents of Mirror World.
This region can only be accessed by Zero characters by using the Temple Recall skill to teleport back to Zero's Temple. Zero characters slowly gain access to each town / region as they progress through their introductory questline.

Story
Centuries after both Rhinne and the Black Mage were sealed away, a scholar named Will, who had grown obsessed with the Transcendents and their motives, deduced the existence of Rhinne's child and the world in which she had hidden them. After the Black Mage's resurrection, Will became a loyal Commander and used the power of an imprisoned Rhinne to locate the Child of the Goddess. Tasked by the Black Mage with keeping Rhinne's child imprisoned, Will - inspired by the power of the devil Ergoth Dunamis, who had once created a replica of the kingdom of Sharenian - used Rhinne's power to remake her world into an imperfect replica of Maple World called Mirror World, after which he split the Child of the Goddess into two beings, imprisoning one in their own temple and brainwashing the other to serve in his Shadow Knights.
After the brainwashed child, Alpha, discovered the truth and freed his counterpart, Beta, the two Children of the Goddess - aided by the priests tasked by Rhinne with protecting her child - began a journey to recover the Goddess Teardrops, containing the power of time, in order to awaken as the new Transcendents of Time and escape Mirror World. After defeating Will and freeing Rhinne, Alpha and Beta were bestowed the full power of the Transcendents by Rhinne, causing Mirror World - which was being maintained with her power - to disappear. However, Alpha and Beta, having formed close bonds with the people of Mirror World, used that power to recreate Mirror World immediately upon its destruction, allowing for Mirror World's existence to be maintained at the cost of the twins losing the power which Rhinne had given them, thereby making them imperfect, incomplete Transcendents.
