“A great lake in the center of the continent of Ossyria. The flow of time there has been frozen by Rhinne, the Transcendent of Time. Between the Korean Folk Town of the past and the Omega Sector of the future, lies Ludibrium--forever in locked in the present.”
- ― In-game description for Ludus Lake
Ludus Lake consists of the town of Ludibrium above, and several other towns accessed via the two towers supporting Ludibrium: Eos Tower to the west and Helios Tower to the east. Eos Tower represents the future, supported by Omega Sector below. Helios Tower represents the past, supported by Korean Folk Town below and allowing players to travel back in time to Ellin Forest, a region in Victoria Island's past. In addition, you can use a cable car in Ludibrium to travel to Fantasy Theme World. To preserve the innocence of childhood, the king sent his advisor to ask the Goddess of Time Rhinne to stop time in Ludus Lake, and she reluctantly agreed. However, this resulted in time becoming distorted, with Dimensional Cracks starting to appear in Ludibrium, causing strange monsters from another dimension to start appearing in the depths of the clocktower. The most powerful of these monsters lingers in the center of the clocktower, causing time and space to become distorted and manipulated however it wishes. This region can be accessed via airship by talking to Sunny the Cabin Crew at Orbis's Station to Ludibrium.
On this continent, 10 maps can be visited to obtain the Medal
Ludus Lake Explorer. Ludibrium is the only town that contains a field boss: Timer, a owl-like clock spirit. The Major Boss Papulatus can be fought in the Clocktower Bottom Floor, and OMNI-CLN can be fought in Omega Sector.
