It once lived in packs deep within dungeons, but for reasons unknown, it has since relocated and taken over the North Forest of Ellinia.
If you ever find yourself surrounded by Evil Eyes, do not turn your back and run. Stay calm, keep your eyes on them, and back away slowly.”

“This chronicler would like to add further notes.
In the past, Evil Eyes lived in deep caverns or dungeons. However, some theorize that as more drakes developed a taste for Evil Eyes, their habitat was gradually destroyed, forcing them to relocate.
Evil Eyes favor complex terrain. This makes sense, as such environments are more effective for avoiding drakes.
Taking this into account, it is only natural that Evil Eyes leaving the dungeons would migrate to Ellinia.
On a separate note, Evil Eyes are well known across Victoria Island as gourmet ingredients.
Their flavor is generally chewy yet mild, with a particularly satisfying texture that has earned them a dedicated following. It's said that Cutthroat Manny of Kerning City often eats stir-fried Evil Eye tails.
Unfortunately, they are not to everyone's tastes, but with a shift in perception, they could be used in many more dishes. In fact, they are already being used in hamburger patties.”
