“The culprits behind the theft of water in Edelstein. Surl, in particular, is said to be plagued by these monsters. It has been suggested that they are using the stolen water to make something in secret.
Some even believe that the water is a gift for a loved one, though who exactly these thieves love remains a mystery.
While quick and nimble, they have very little stamina, so once caught, the stolen water can easily be recovered. However, these creatures are quite crafty and are said to sometimes smash the bottles on the spot rather than let their stolen water be reclaimed.”
