The Auction House.

The Auction House is a function where players can sell and buy items with others within an Interactive world. First introduced in the RED Update, players can search for items, sell up to 30 items at a time, and view historical and current lowest prices. Unlike a typical auction, it does not let you bid against other players - you can only buy and sell items.

A Cross World function is introduced in the NEXT / Stargazer Update, allowing players to purchase and sell equipment and cash items shared across all Regular Worlds, excluding former Reboot Worlds. In GlobalMS, all interactive Worlds within a given region (NA and EU) share the same Auction House. Purchasing equipment and cash items from a different world cost a certain Maple Point fee depending on the price of the item. This fee is not implemented in GlobalMS.

Searching and Purchasing Items

Players can search items currently for sale by using the Search tab and Quick Search bar. In the Search tab, search results can be refined through the Advanced Search function. The Quick Search input will search for-sale items by default, unless you are on the Market Price tab.

When purchasing items, players double-click on the item and then click Confirm. For Use and Etc items, a quantity can be specified. You cannot purchase items that you listed on the same account, and Cash items purchased from the Auction House cannot be refunded for Maple Points. Players can keep up to 120 purchased items unclaimed for 365 days after purchase.

Selling Items

2,000 meso is deducted from the player when an item is put up for sale on top of a 5% transaction fee if an item is sold (3% if player has a Special MVP/VIP rank). There is a limit of 30 listings per account in any given world. Listings remain active for 24 or 48 hours. All new listings will be available in a minute after the item being put up. Before this time, the player may choose to reclaim any unsold items.

Most of never used Cash Shop item that purchased with NX can be sold in Auction House, but it will become untradable immediately once it's sold and gets claimed. If it exceeds allowed listing time, it can be only reclaimed or relisted by character that listed it.

Eggrich, Auction House NPC

As of KMS 1.2.287, the Auction House replaces the Free Market entirely, as the Free Market has been removed (minus the entrance). Players can enter Auction House by clicking Eggrich icon from Quick Move button in towns.
