Meso Market

The Meso Market UI.

The Meso Market is a function that allows players to exchange Mesos and Maple Points with each other. It can be accessed by visiting Miss Richfield in Free Market or through the Quick Move function.

Players can choose to either buy or sell Mesos. When buying, the player enters the number of Maple Points they want to buy for 100 million Mesos, and how much they actually want to purchase. When selling, the player enters the number of Maple Points they want to sell for 100 million Mesos, as well as how many Mesos they actually want to sell. When selling Mesos, there is a 1% transaction fee. The fee is returned if you cancel the transaction.

There is a limit of 100 daily listings at a time. After placing a listing, you must either complete or cancel a transaction before you can buy or sell again. The cooldown between searching is 10 seconds.

Buyout Costs

The Meso Market provides two exchange rates: the Average Trade Cost and the Buyout Cost. The Buyout Cost allows you to know the price where you can instantly perform the exchange, at 100M, 1B or 10B mesos. When buying mesos, setting a lower amount of Maple Points is preferred, to trade less Maple Points for more Mesos. When selling mesos, setting a higher amount of Maple Points is preferred, to trade less Mesos for more Maple Points. The Average Trade Cost represents the average exchange rate of the market.

When market prices change, you can request a correction to the buying or selling price.

Trivia

• The Meso Market is only available in Interactive / Regular Worlds. As Maple Points are shared across the account, it is possible to sell Mesos and use the earned Maple Points in Heroic Worlds.
• All Regular Worlds share the same market, with the exception of previous Reboot Worlds, which have a separate market instead. In GlobalMS, all interactive Worlds have a single market per region (NA and EU).
• The Meso Market is a closed market, meaning there is a closed pool of trades occurring at any point in time, and no Mesos or Maple Points are generated by the system.
