Burning Field

Burning Field is an effect where characters can gain additional experience when hunting monsters in maps that have not been frequented by players for a certain period. The level of the Burning Field increases the longer the map remains unvisited, with a maximum of 10 levels. The higher the level, the greater the EXP bonus. While a player hunts in a Burning Field, the EXP bonus will gradually decrease. The system is designed to promote exploration of underutilized hunting grounds and provides an incentive for players to visit different areas.

Criteria

Only maps with monsters at Level 100 or higher are eligible to become a Burning Field. Certain maps, such as those used for Party Quests, bosses and other special maps, are excluded from the Burning Field System. The Burning Field level increases by approximately 1 level every hour if it has not been visited, and reduces by 1 level every 15 minutes while a character continues to play in the map. After a set time, it becomes a regular hunting ground. The effect is unique to each channel and each map, meaning it is possible to look for a higher level map by changing channels or maps.

During some events, the Burning Field effect may increase faster and last longer, and may go up to a higher level resulting in a higher bonus EXP.

• The Burning Field 1 Level Increase Coupon, obtainable from the VIP Lounge Shop, allows a character to increase the Burning Field by 1 level, with a maximum of Level 10 (Level 15 in TaiwanMS).
• The Firestarter Ring's skill effect allows a character to increase the Burning Field to Level 10.
• Similarly, the Burning Field MAX Coupon, obtainable from the VIP Lounge Shop, allows a character to increase the Burning Field to Level 10 (Level 15 in TaiwanMS).
