Many adventurers train in this village, located among the high mountain ranges and clouds of eastern Ossyria. With its clear bamboo forests and sky gardens, this place has long been a center of discipline for those who pursue the paths of martial arts.
Those who train here learn to cast aside worldly worries and achieve peace of mind. Adventurers seeking a challenge can climb the Mu Lung Dojo to test themselves.

Mu Lung is an area in Ossyria's Mu Lung Garden region. It is a town modeled after ancient China, and is home to various panda NPCs who spend their time training to become monks. Mu Lung Dojo is located near this area.

This region can be accessed via bird by talking to the Crane at Orbis's Cabin <To Mu Lung>. It is divided into five sections: Practice Field, Sky Forest, Wild Bear Area, Peach Farm, and Goblin Forest. Practice Field is accessible from the east of town while the other areas are accessible from the west of town. Herb Town is accessible from Peach Farm 3.

Completing Do Gong's quest [Mu Lung Garden] How to Become a Sage, which requires completing the main Mu Lung quests in the area and a couple of Herb Town quests, will reward the Medal  Sage Asceticism. Four field bosses can be encountered here: Master Dummy, a target dummy which ensures that trainees are keeping track of their progress, Tae Roon, a giant bear under the spell of the evil King Sage Cat, King Sage Cat himself, a cat who mastered magic and uses it to cause havoc in Mu Lung, and Mu Gong, the master of Mu Lung Dojo who goes easy on people who encounter him.
