Super Stance, also known as Super Knockback Resistance, is an attribute for some skills. If a player is using one of these skills when a boss is using a pushing attack along with on-hit stun, the player will not be knocked back, and will not be stunned in most cases. Almost all skills with forced movement have a similar attribute which nullifies the push and not the stun. These attributes are different from Knockback Resistance or Stance: a player stat that resists being pushed slightly by touch damage and typical magic attacks. Skills that provide Super Stance may or may not state this attribute in their skill descriptions.

It is often optimal for the player to stay near a boss to bait a push attack, then dodge it quickly or nullify it using a Super Stance skill. This can minimize the number of times the boss uses other more dangerous skills over the course of a fight.

Super Stance skills will not work against boss attacks that send the player flying across a large distance even if they are grounded. Ursus's throw, Lotus's drone, and Verus Hilla's blue swing are examples of these attacks.

Bolded skills explicitly grant Super Stance. All simple horizontal dash skills, available to all jobs without a full-uptime teleport, implicitly grant Super Stance and are not included in this list.
