Ariant Coliseum is a Cross World Party Quest based on Nihal Desert's Ariant region. This Party Quest can be started by entering the Cross World Party Quest portal in Spiegelmann's Guest House while this Party Quest is part of the current rotation. The Cross World Party Quest rotation changes every 2 weeks, and rotates between Moon Bunny's Rice Cake, First Time Together, Forest of Poison Haze, Remnant of the Goddess, and Ariant Coliseum; in MapleSEA, this rotation also includes Wood Theme Park.

The objective of Ariant Coliseum is to clear the battlefield that has been overrun with monsters and gather jewels for Ariant's Queen Areda.

Ariant Coliseum will consist of one main objective that takes place in a single map: to obtain a total of 100 Spirit Jewels from the Scorpions within. Each Scorpion will have a chance to drop a Spirit Jewel upon defeat, along with two types of consumable items:

• Power Punch, which increases Weapon and Magic Attack by 15 for 60 seconds upon being picked up
• Wing of the Wind, which increases Speed by 25 and Jump by 15 for 30 seconds upon being picked up

However, you must be careful of the Giant Scorpion that will spawn from time to time, as it will summon bombs that will make you drop up to 10% of your collected Spirit Jewels upon getting hit; while you can pick them back up, it is suggested to avoid them to save time. Defeat the Giant Scorpions as soon as they appear to stop the bombs from appearing. Every now and then, a Crimson Stirge Disrupter will spawn and follow players (with each player only being able to see and attack their own Stirge), dealing 10% HP touch damage, but it is easy to defeat.

Bomb

Once your party obtains 100 Spirit Jewels, you will be rewarded with EXP and Party Points, and will be sent to Coliseum Exit, where you can view your ranking and enter the portal to exit the Party Quest.

Trivia

• Prior to the Big Bang Update, Ariant Coliseum was a competitive Party Quest for players Level 21 - 30. The objective was to gain the most Spirit Jewels out of everyone in the map, which could be done by lowering the HP of the Scorpions nearby and capturing them with an Element Rock. In addition to the Power Punch and Wing of the Wind, Scorpions would also drop Crazy Skulls that reversed the key inputs of other players, Bombs that could be used to attack and Stun players to steal their Spirit Jewels, and Shields that would protect you from a single Bomb attack. Players would receive points from Queen Areda based on their performance, and collecting a certain number of points allowed players to obtain the  Palm Tree Beach Chair.
  • Ariant Coliseum was closed in the Big Bang Update, and brought back in 2013 between the Cygnus Returns Update and the RED Update for players Level 50 - 80. Players could trade their acquired points for the new Champion Ring.
  • Ariant Coliseum was closed again in the You & I / Rising Heroes Update, and later reopened between the Beyond / Override Update and the Nova Update. Instead of being competitive, it returned as a collaborative Cross World Party Quest for a party of 4. Players would now have to defeat the Scorpions to obtain Spirit Jewels, and Giant Scorpions were added which could summon clusters of Bombs to slow down the party.
