| Party size | 1 - 4 |
| Clear limit | 2 clears every week per world; 1 clear per character Resets every Thursday |
Monster Park Extreme is an expansion to Monster Park, with a different objective from normal Monster Park runs; instead of progressing through 6 stages killing all the monsters in each stage, Spiegelmann will send you to an unknown area to eliminate monsters in order to summon and eliminate Extreme Bigfoot.
Monster Park Extreme can be attempted by players at Level 260 and above in a party of 1 - 4 people via the fourth gate in Monster Park. Players will have 1 clear per character, 2 clears every week per world. Although you can reattempt a run if you don't clear it, you won't be able to enter again for the rest of the week on the same character once you clear it.
Map

|
| Unknown Area |
To check monsters in Monster Park Extreme, see this page.
This PQ only has one map, where all monsters are found. Spiegelmann will tell your party to hunt 4 random monsters, killing 50 of each. Monsters will spawn at random points on the map, meaning they won't appear in the same place every time. Occasionally, a Mysterious Jackalope will appear, and defeating it will reduce the required kills by 15 each.
Upon eliminating 50 of each monster, a party member can go to the center of the map and hold the NPC Chat / Harvest on the altar for a few seconds to summon Extreme Bigfoot. Since Extreme Bigfoot will appear in a random location on the map for 30 seconds, your party will have to search the entire map for it. If the party doesn't clear Extreme Bigfoot, he will escape and the party must kill another set of monsters to use the altar. Every time Extreme Bigfoot appears, he will stay on the map an additional 30 seconds (30, 60, 90, 120) until the fifth time he is summoned, in which he will stay on the map until defeated.

Do note that increased EXP does not apply on Sundays and special Sunny Sundays, but increased EXP does apply to event buffs and the Mentor System buff.
If a player dies in the middle of the run, clicking OK will send the player to this map without a reward. In case a player dies, the player can choose not to click OK and wait for other party members to defeat Extreme Bigfoot, then all players will be teleported to this map with rewards given; or another party member can revive the player with the Guild Skill Rise, Minions!, Resurrection (if a Bishop is in the party), or Guardian (if a Paladin is in the party). Leaving the party or getting disconnected mid-run will also send the player to this map without a reward. Players who leave before the clear without receiving the reward will not have that clear counted against their weekly limit, and they can enter again the same week.
Alternatively, the rest of the party can exit and re-enter to start over. To avoid dying, it is recommended to toggle HP Warning to at least 70% and enable auto heal from your pet with sufficient potions.
Trivia
- Previously, Monster Park Extreme was a dungeon for a party of 1 - 6 players that was available with
Monster Park Extreme Tickets, given out every day. Instead of a 6-stage dungeon, players were sent to a single map to kill as many monsters as possible within 10 minutes, with each monster granting 30% bonus EXP per additional party member (affected by EXP multipliers). After killing a set number of monsters, players would be able to summon a boss monster by talking to Spiegelette, removing all the normal monsters from the map and summoning the boss. Defeating the boss could grant Monster Park Extreme red, blue, and green potions. Occasionally the Keynoceros, a special boss, would be summoned, additionally granting a chance at dropping gold potions, a Greed Pendant, and additional Monster Park Extreme Tickets.
- Monster Park Extreme was temporarily closed as of the Heroes of Maple Update with the revamp of Monster Park (aka Monster Park REBORN). Monster Park Extreme was re-added to KMS Ignition Update in Summer 2022 with a minimum level requirement of 260.[1]
- Prior to the NEXT / Stargazer Update, Monster Park Extreme was a daily content that can only be done on one character per world, and increased EXP was provided on Sundays and special Sunny Sundays.
- Monster Park Extreme was closed once again in the Overdrive Update. The EXP obtained from Monster Park Extreme was repurposed as a weekly quest, offering the same EXP after completing 5 Monster Park Advanced Dungeons in a week.
