Trivia

  • The Maple Attack! event in KoreaMS promoted Lotte World Adventure, a real-life theme park located in Seoul, South Korea.
    • The outdoor amusement park section named Magic Island was rebranded into Maple Island as a permanent spot.
  • A number of regional differences came across with this update:
    • In Non-KoreaMS servers, the paid items and probability-related changes were released in an earlier update.
      • In MapleSEA and TaiwanMS, this was released in the Post-Assemble Update.
      • In GlobalMS and JapanMS, this was released in the Crown Update.
    • In all servers other than KoreaMS and GlobalMS, the following differences apply:
      • Quality of life improvements in the first part of the update were introduced in the Crown Update, while the MapleStory x Frieren collaboration event was delayed from the Crown Update to this update.
      • A stricter Eternity prefix for enhanced items is already available, where items are untradable indefinitely and cannot have any Scissors of Karma applied.
      • Automatic Star Force Enhancements are already available via the VIP System, where players who are at VIP Royal tier and above can access the VIP Lounge (Royal Suite and Starry Black Terrace) to perform such automation.
        • As these servers have introduced automatic Star Force Enhancements in the Crown Update, this benefit was removed.
    • In MapleSEA and TaiwanMS, this update was also teased in their respective Crown Update Showcase events.
