Maplerunner, also known as God of Control, was an area where players would be tested on their control through 40 stages of challenges. Players would be able to activate a special Dash by double-tapping the left or right arrow keys to increase their speed, with the ability to also jump much higher than normal. Various challenges existed such as timing one's jumps, avoiding obstacles, jumping high, and using the Dash at the right moment.

Maplerunner was temporarily closed in the patch after the Beyond / Override Update, and has yet to return. However, it was brought back as an event during the Adventure Update.
