Tynerum Altar, also known as Crimsonheart Altar, was a Level 130+ Party Quest in the Crimsonheart Castle area, which was heavily based on the Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest, available to a party of 3 - 6 people. Unlike Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest, the Tynerum Altar Party Quest did not require 2 of each class type to enter, and each boss would be fought in separate maps as opposed to fighting all of them at once. In addition, the Sigils, renamed as Runes, could be activated by any player regardless of their class. Bringing a player of the same class type would weaken the respective boss and remove some of their abilities; for example, bringing a Bowman would weaken the Bowman boss Rellik's defense and remove his ability to use Seal.

The rewards were also nerfed, being changed to common HP/MP recovery potions and attack boost potions available at general stores; however, the number of chests would increase based on the number of party members. In addition, players would be granted 2 Marks of Tynerum, and would be able to exchange 100 for a Crimsonheart Epaulette, a Level 130 Shoulder which could not gain Potential.

Tynerum Altar was closed shortly after release in all regions except GlobalMS, which kept it open until 2025, with the removal of Crimsonheart Castle's questline. With the updates to Cross World Party Quests in 2017, a new version of the Crimsonheart Epaulette was added to Pub's Cross World Party Quest shop, which is a Lucky Equipment with a time-limited duration.
