Supreme World, also known as Ibara World (JP:いばらワールド) in JapanMS, was a hardcore server where players Level 150 and up could create a copy of a character of their choice that would start at Level 1, having the player work their way up back to Level 200. Players would begin the tutorial in the Abyss of Asbeel, where Vale would teach them of Supreme World's challenges. In Supreme World, monsters would deal a lot more damage than in normal servers, mobbing skills and recovery items would have a cooldown. Monsters would also have special attributes indicated by the color of their HP bar: Soul, Technical, and Assault. Weapons would come with one of these attributes as well, indicating whether a monster receives normal, low, or high damage. Players would also receive special medals on their main world after leveling up in Supreme World, up to Level 200. A special Dimensional Transporter was also available in towns, allowing players to transfer Mesos at a 1000:1 ratio (for example, transferring 10,000,000 Mesos from a normal world would grant the character 10,000 Mesos in Supreme World), as well as weapons from Supreme World to normal worlds, granting a 25% boost in attack power when received in the normal world.

It was in EuropeMS (before merging with GMS) and JapanMS, but it has been removed from the game.
